   WORSE, which is the trade this fixes. With font-display:swap the text
   paints instantly in a system font and swaps when the real one lands about
   a second later — and the two are not the same width, so everything below

   repeatable, in the nav and footer, against Google's 0.1 budget.

   The number that matters here is the width of the DIGIT ZERO, not of a
